Balancing Epson Salt Bath

People take Epsom salt baths for many reasons: They can help to relieve stress, soothe your muscles, soften your skin and maybe even reduce the look of wrinkles. I take them to be able to unwind and relax. I wanted to share one of my favorite recipes for a relaxing epsom detox bath at home.

Ingredients: 

Epson Salt–2 tbsp

Sea Salt–1 tbsp

Baking Soda–3 tbsp

Essential Oils–8 drops

Jar–4 oz

Instructions: 

Choose 3 or 4 oils from these essential oils:

I am choosing: Lavender, Palmarosa, Rose, and Bergamot, Frankincense, Geranium, Rosewood.

Add sea salt, baking soda, epson salts and oils  to jar. Gently shake to mix, mix well.

Add to tub of running water and enjoy!
