We live in a world of instant gratification. We want everything now, quick fast and in a hurry. However when I was growing up one of the greatest lessons I learned from my parents was when preparation meets opportunity. You see I learned that hard work equals great rewards and I have seen how this has manifested in my own life.

So what do I mean by when preparation meets opportunity? Well think about it like this, could you become a lawyer without going to law school? How about a Doctor without medical school? But here is the twist, it’s not just about going to school that will allow the lawyer to become a partner in her firm or a Doctor to become chief of surgery. It is the long extra hours they put in that make them GREAT at what they do.
