Monthly Workshop | The Art of Beauty and Breathing In Self Love

In December, Boston Naturals’ monthly workshop focused on giving our naturals inner and outer beauty lessons. This is the Art of Beauty and Breathing In Self Love!

Our first speaker was Linda  “The Wellness Warrior” Wells, who is a wellness coach and yoga teacher. Linda taught us that taking a few moments a day to ourselves can dramatically change how we feel on the inside. Close your eyes and take long, deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. This balances and calms us. Keeping a balanced diet can also enable us to better perform daily activities. Linda explained that eating clean and detoxing allows us to do great things.

Our second speaker was makeup artist, Sparklle Thames. During this portion of the workshop, Sparklle focused on sharing some Do’s and Don’ts of everyday makeup. Our third and final speaker was Stacey Mundele who is an Independent Distributor for It Works! products.
