Hello Naturals!!

I hope this summer has been great for you as it has been for me. What can I say, I love being in the sun relaxing on a hammock, by the pool or the on the sand at the beach. Yes I love the sun, but I still try to protect my skin from the sun because you know that brown people can burn too. My husband learned the hard way when we were on vacation earlier this month. The echo of my voice repeatedly telling him to put on sunscreen or a hat to at least protect his face still be heard in Montego Bay. The question is, did he listen ??? Of course he didn’t. Half way through our vacation he start complaining about how his skin “felt like it was on fire” and reality set in when I uttered the words “Honey you a have sunburn”. So I’m here to make sure that you don’t have the same unfortunate experience as my husband and give you some examples as to how to protect your skin as well as tips to help elevate the pain if you do happened to get burned.
